By accessing or using the Pure Power Innovations website at https://purepowerinnovations.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services Description

Pure Power Innovations provides an online platform for California homeowners to receive personalized solar installation estimates. Our services include:

  • Solar potential analysis using property data and NREL PVWatts modeling
  • Custom system sizing and financial projections
  • Coordination of professional solar panel installation
  • Permitting and utility interconnection assistance
  • Ongoing system monitoring and maintenance support

Estimates provided through our website are based on publicly available data, including satellite imagery and government solar irradiance databases. Actual system performance may vary based on site-specific conditions identified during the design and engineering phase.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and energy usage
  • Be the homeowner of the property or have authorization from the homeowner to request an estimate
  • Not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper working of the website

Inaccurate information may result in estimates that do not reflect your actual savings potential. We are not liable for discrepancies resulting from incorrect user-provided data.

4. Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident in your decision. Our cancellation policy provides multiple opportunities to change your mind:

Right of Rescission (3 Business Days)

After signing a solar agreement, you have 3 business days to cancel for any reason with a full refund of any deposit, as required by California law.

Cancel Before Permits (No Cost)

You may cancel your project at any time before permit applications are submitted to your local jurisdiction at no cost. This window typically lasts 7-14 days after signing, during which we complete the engineering and design phase.

After Permit Submission

Once permits have been submitted, cancellation may be subject to fees covering engineering, design, and permitting costs already incurred. These fees will be clearly communicated to you before any permit submission.

To cancel, contact us at contact@purepowerinnovations.net with your project details. We will confirm your cancellation within 2 business days.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Estimates are not guarantees. Solar production estimates are based on historical weather data, NREL PVWatts modeling, and standard system performance assumptions. Actual production may vary due to weather patterns, shading changes, equipment performance, and other factors.
  • Savings projections are estimates. Financial savings calculations are based on current utility rates and projected rate increases. Actual savings depend on future utility rate changes, your energy consumption patterns, and net metering policies.
  • Tax credit information is general guidance. We provide information about federal and state tax incentives for reference purposes. Consult a qualified tax professional to determine your eligibility for specific tax credits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure Power Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of the State of California.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
